No. The 7-day trial needs no card. If you'd rather lock in your founding price and not lose access, you can add a card during the trial and we'll only charge when it ends, but that's your choice, never automatic.

Accounts (£89/mo) is the same but for teams: invite up to 10 crew, each with their own login to see the jobs, the schedule and what's on, and to post progress and their hours from site. You keep the books, the pricing and the money to yourself. Complete (£99/mo) adds a KERB website that brings the work in.

Because the founder rate is a genuine thank-you to the trades who back us early. The first 300 members lock today's price for the life of their plan, the next 300 pay double, then it settles at the standing price. Whatever rate you join at is yours for as long as your plan stays active, it never goes up on you.

An optional add-on, £39/mo, built and run by our in-house KERB Sites team. It's a proper website for your trade, and any enquiry from it lands straight in InstaQuote as a lead. First month free, it sits on top of any plan, one flat £39/mo with no charge per enquiry, and one extra job a month could more than cover it.

It prices from your own rates, not a generic calculator. If it has to assume a size or detail it flags it so you can check before you send, so the number is yours, not a guess.

It does the sums. VAT, CIS and the construction reverse charge, worked out and applied to the quote and the invoice the proper UK way, not just a reminder.

Yes. Payments run on Stripe, so we never see or store card numbers, and everything is encrypted. We're a UK company (InstaQuote Ltd, Co. No. 17224118), ICO-registered (ZC153382), and we never sell or share your data. You can delete your account anytime.

Nothing bad. Your account pauses but nothing is deleted. Every quote, customer, job and invoice stays exactly where you left it. Come back in a month or a year, pick a plan, and it's all still there.

Only if you've asked us to. With no card on file we can't take a penny, your account just pauses. If you chose to add a card during the trial, we remind you before it ends and you can cancel free right up to that day.
