Watch the job run itself
Why us, not the others
We read ten rival apps on their own websites. Plenty of them make a quote. We didn't find these on any of them.
Your customer pays the deposit on the quote you sent, and the job books itself into your next free days. If the date doesn't suit, they move it themselves. No other app we checked does all of that from a quote you wrote.
Upload your bank statement and it matches the money to your invoices and expenses, then shows what to put aside for tax as the year goes.
On the Accounts plan
Checked on their own websites, 18 to 26 September 2026: Tradify, Powered Now, Fergus, ServiceM8, Jobber, Commusoft, YourTradebase, QuickPrice, VoxTrade and PriceUp. See it app by app.
The only bit you do
Type in what you found and what it needs: the treatment, how many visits, the proofing hours. It comes back as priced lines you can send before you leave the drive.
Photo the entry points, or type up the survey. Treatment, follow up visits and proofing come back as separate priced lines.
Put a tape in shot, tap two points and it measures. Anything you didn't measure is marked for you to check.
Priced from your own list, not a generic calculator. Pest work starts you at £75 for a wasp nest, £220 for a mouse treatment over three visits and a £240 day rate, and you change every figure to yours in the setup.
Your price list, day one
Real UK starting prices for pest control firms, already in your list on the first day. Every one of them is yours to change, and your rates are what the quotes price from.
| Work | Starter price |
|---|---|
| Wasp nest treatment | £75/each |
| Mouse treatment (3 visits) | £220/each |
| Rat treatment (3 visits) | £260/each |
| Bed bug heat / spray treatment (room) | £320/each |
| Pest technician day rate | £240/day |
Starting points for 2025 and 2026, meant to be tuned to your patch. Change one in Settings and every future quote uses it.
See the full pest control price list, freeEvery line carries what it uses, so a rodent treatment brings the bait and the stations, and proofing brings the mesh and the sealant. Handy for restocking the van and for your costs.
You can put a names only list on the customer's copy so they can see what you are supplying, with your buying and your markup kept to yourself.
After you tap Send
A quote is the easy half. The half that eats your evenings is the deposit, the diary, the invoice and the chasing. That is the half InstaQuote does for you.
The deposit
You set the deposit on the quote. The customer pays it by card from the link on their phone, with nothing to install, and it lands in your account through Stripe.
The booking
The deposit books the job into your next free day. They get the confirmation and the reminder, and they can move it themselves from the same link.
The calendar
Your week fills in as the deposits land, and it syncs to Google so the diary on your phone matches the one in the van.
The materials
The take off from the quote is ready to go to your merchants for a price, with your markup on it and kept on your side of the paperwork.
The invoice
Mark the job done and the invoice goes out on its own, priced off the quote with the extras you added on site.
The chasing
If it goes past its date, polite nudges go out in your name until it is paid. Four at most over three weeks, then it stops and tells you to give them a call. You are not the bad guy and you are not on the phone.
VAT and CIS
Most of this work isn't a construction operation, so CIS stays off and you just charge VAT as normal. If you do subcontract for a builder or a contractor, tick CIS on that quote and the deduction is worked out on the quote and the invoice. If you're both VAT registered, tick the reverse charge too and the wording follows.
The books
On the Accounts plan (£109/mo) it keeps the books behind all of it: expenses, what each job actually made, and your VAT return figures ready for you or your accountant to file with HMRC.
7 days of the whole thing, on real jobs, before you pick a plan.

Our word
Seven days on real jobs: quoting, jobs, invoices, chasing and the books. We don't ask for a card until you pick a plan.
No card to start. At the end you pick a plan, or the account pauses with nothing deleted. The only thing we take in the free week is 2.9% of card payments you collect through the app.
Every price is on this page, in pounds. No demo to sit through first.
Accounts covers up to 10 crew logins for the same monthly price. Taking someone on doesn't put your bill up.
Every customer, quote, invoice, photo and receipt, downloaded in one file, on any plan, even after you've cancelled.
Plain pounds, no call with sales
No card to start the trial, so nothing can be taken by accident. Run real jobs through it for a week, then pick a plan. If you don't, your account pauses and nothing is deleted.

Cancel any time from Settings, no minimum term and no phone call. During the trial the only money we take is a 2.9% InstaQuote fee on card payments you collect through it; paid plans have no InstaQuote fee at all. Stripe's standard card rate applies either way.

The money questions (the trial, cancelling, your data) are answered on the homepage FAQ, and the how-to guides are in Answers.
Yes. The treatment is one priced line, and each visit books into your calendar. The customer gets a reminder before every visit and you get the job in front of you on the day.
Yes. Put the contract visit on as a line and set a recurring invoice, monthly or quarterly. It drafts itself, you tap send, and it chases if they're slow.
Yes. Proofing goes on per hour at your rate, with the mesh and sealant in the materials, so the customer can see the treatment and the proofing priced separately.

Type the job or snap a photo and it prices it from your own rates. Then it takes the deposit, books the job in, drafts the invoice, chases the money and works out the VAT and CIS. You just turn up and do the work.
