The deposit
You set the deposit on the quote. The customer pays it by card from the link on their phone, with nothing to install, and it lands in your account through Stripe.
The booking
The deposit books the job. They pick a free slot themselves, they get the confirmation and the reminder, and they can move it themselves from the same link.
The calendar
Your week fills in as the deposits land, and it syncs to Google so the diary on your phone matches the one in the van.
The materials
The take off from the quote is ready to go to your merchants for a price, with your markup on it and kept on your side of the paperwork.
The invoice
Mark the job done and the invoice is drafted for you, priced off the quote with the extras you added on site. One tap and it's gone.
The chasing
If it goes past its date, polite nudges go out in your name until it is paid. Three at most, then it stops and tells you. You are not the bad guy and you are not on the phone.
VAT and CIS
Work for a builder, a contractor or a developer and the CIS deduction and the VAT reverse charge are worked out on the quote and on the invoice. Work straight for a homeowner and they stay off. You set it per customer, not per quote.

Can I quote labour only when the customer buys the kitchen?
Yes. A full install is a labour line at £1,800 to start, or you price it unit by unit at £65 each. What the customer supplies stays off the quote, so nobody is confused about who is buying what.
Can it price the worktop separately?
Yes. Templated laminate is per metre, solid and stone worktop fitting is its own per metre line, and a mason's mitre is its own line again, so the worktop is priced honestly instead of guessed.
Can I hold the fitting week with a deposit?
Yes. Set the deposit on the quote, the customer pays it by card from the link, and the job books itself into your calendar so that week is held. They can move it themselves from the same link if they need to.
What about the extras the customer adds halfway through?
Add the lines and send a revised quote, or invoice the extras as their own lines when the job is done. The invoice is drafted for you when you mark the job complete; one tap sends it.
