Help inside the app

Most things you'll want to change live in Settings: your business details, rates, billing, card payments and your account. If you can't find what you need there, email us and we'll walk you through it.

Common questions

• I've forgotten my password. On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link.
• How do I manage my plan or billing? If you subscribed on our website, sign in at getinstaquote.com and go to Settings → Billing to view, change or cancel your plan. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple handles the billing: open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• How do I delete my account? In the app or on the website, open Settings and use Delete account at the bottom of the page. This removes your data immediately, apart from records we're legally required to keep. The full steps, what goes and what we have to keep, are on how to delete your account. You can also email privacy@getinstaquote.com and we'll do it for you.
• A customer paid me. Where's the money? Card payments go through Stripe directly to your connected account, typically arriving within a few working days. Check Settings → Payments for your payout status.
• Something looks wrong with a quote or invoice. Email us the quote or invoice reference (for example Q-0012 or INV-0003) and we'll dig in.
