InstaQuote is a UK app for tradespeople. You type a job in or photograph it, and it comes back as a priced quote from your own rates. After that it takes the deposit, books the job into your calendar, drafts the invoice, chases late payers and works out VAT and CIS.
Who is InstaQuote for?
UK trades and small trade businesses, from a sole trader up to about ten people. There is a page and a starter price list for each of the 35 trades it is built for, including plasterers, builders, electricians, plumbers, roofers, decorators and kitchen fitters.
Is InstaQuote free?
There is a free 7-day trial covering quoting, jobs, invoices, chasing and the books, and no card is asked for. Crew logins and the website start when a plan is picked. If no plan is chosen at the end the account pauses with nothing deleted. The only thing taken in the free week is 2.9% of card payments collected through the app. The free starter price lists on the site are free to anyone, trial or not.
Is InstaQuote the same as the InstaQuote photo caption app?
No. The name has been used by other products over the years, including apps for putting text on photographs. This InstaQuote is job management software for UK tradespeople, made by InstaQuote Ltd in Coventry. Where a shorter name is taken we list as InstaQuote for Trades.
