One link with everything you've sent them
Every quote, job and invoice for one customer now lives on a single page, and the link goes out at the bottom of your quote and invoice emails. It never changes, so they can find the quote from three weeks ago themselves instead of asking you to send it again.

Price a job from the free price lists
Every trade's starter price list now has a calculator on it. Pick the work, put the sizes in and see a ballpark straight away. If you want it for real, one tap carries the job into a proper quote.

Work we can't price is now impossible to miss
If you describe a job that includes something your price list has no rate for, we've always told you. Now we tell you properly: it sits at the top in red, it names the total it isn't part of, and it says not to send the quote as it is. It used to be one grey line among the things to confirm, which is a good way to do work for nothing.

One price, everywhere your customer looks
Optional extras only count once your customer ticks them. The quote page had that right, but the text preview, the email subject, the PDF and the deposit were adding untaken extras on top. They all agree now, to the penny.

Your name on every link you send
When you send a job link, a payment link or a review request, the preview in WhatsApp or Messages now shows your business name and what it's about, instead of an advert for us.

Bring your customers with you
Moving from another app or a spreadsheet? Drop your customer list in as a CSV. It reads the columns, shows you exactly what it will add, join up or skip, and nothing is saved until you say so.

Put two or three options on a quote and let your customer pick the one they want. The total and the deposit follow whatever they choose.

A real signature on the PDF
Your customer signs with a finger or types their name, and it is stamped onto the PDF with the date and time it was signed.

Every comparison page now adds up what each app charges a 1, 3, 5 and 10 person firm, from their own published prices. Including the sizes where they come out cheaper than us.

581 materials now carry a typical UK merchant price, so your first quote shows the materials money straight away. Scan a receipt and your own prices take over.

Every trade we build for has its own page showing the app running a job from that trade, and a free starter price list you can print or keep on your phone.

One button gives you a zip of your whole business: every record as a spreadsheet, a PDF of every quote and invoice, every photo, receipt and certificate. It works even after a plan ends. Your work is yours.
