Why us, not the others
Two things no other trade app we checked will do.
We read ten rival apps on their own websites. Plenty of them make a quote. We didn't find these on any of them.
The deposit books the job.
Your customer pays the deposit on the quote you sent, and the job books itself into your next free days. If the date doesn't suit, they move it themselves. No other app we checked does all of that from a quote you wrote.
The books keep themselves.
Upload your bank statement and it matches the money to your invoices and expenses, then shows what to put aside for tax as the year goes.

The only bit you do
How a quote for driveway and paving firms gets built.
Measure the drive on the phone or type the sizes in, add the kerb metres and the drainage channel, and it comes back as priced lines with the blocks, the Type 1 and the jointing sand against each one.

Every line carries its materials, so a block drive brings the pavers, the Type 1, the sharp sand and the kiln dried jointing sand with it. You get one take off to price up at the merchant, with your markup on it.
You can put a names only list on the customer's copy so they can see what you are supplying, with your buying and your markup kept to yourself.

You set the deposit on the quote. The customer pays it by card from the link on their phone, with nothing to install, and it lands in your account through Stripe.
The booking
The deposit books the job into your next free day. They get the confirmation and the reminder, and they can move it themselves from the same link.
The calendar
Your week fills in as the deposits land, and it syncs to Google so the diary on your phone matches the one in the van.
The materials
The take off from the quote is ready to go to your merchants for a price, with your markup on it and kept on your side of the paperwork.
The invoice
Mark the job done and the invoice goes out on its own, priced off the quote with the extras you added on site.
The chasing
If it goes past its date, polite nudges go out in your name until it is paid. Four at most over three weeks, then it stops and tells you to give them a call. You are not the bad guy and you are not on the phone.
VAT and CIS
Work for a builder, a contractor or a developer and the CIS deduction is worked out on the quote and the invoice. If you're both VAT registered, tick the reverse charge too and the wording follows. Work straight for a homeowner and both stay off.

Can it quote a drive and a patio on the same job?
Yes. Each area is its own line on its own unit, the edgings go on per metre and the muck away by the load. They add up into one branded quote with the VAT at the bottom.
Does it count my blocks and sub base?
Yes. Each line carries its own materials, so the take off builds itself: pavers per m², tonnes of Type 1, the sharp sand and the jointing sand. One list to price up with your merchant.
Can I take a deposit before the materials land?
Yes, and most paving firms do. You set the deposit on the quote, they pay by card from the link on their phone, and the job books itself into your calendar.
Will a big driveway quote still look right?
It goes out as a branded PDF with your logo, the work split into sections and the VAT shown properly. Same quote for a patio repair as for a full block drive and dropped kerb.
