How a quote for cleaners gets built.
Walk the property and say it: end of tenancy on a three bed, oven, carpets in three rooms, windows inside and out. It comes back as one quote with each part priced on its own line.
Say it or photo it
Voice note the walk round, or photo each room. The clean, the oven, the carpets and the rubbish run come back as separate priced lines.

Priced from your own rates. Cleaning starts you at £380 for an end of tenancy clean on a three bed house, £75 for an oven, £45 a room for carpets and a £170 day rate, and you change every figure to yours.

The materials come with it
Chemicals, oven kits, carpet shampoo and rubble bags come against the cleans that use them, so you know what the job takes before you load the van.
You can put a names only list on the customer's copy so they can see what you are supplying, with your buying and your markup kept to yourself.

A quote is the easy half. The half that eats your evenings is the deposit, the diary, the invoice and the chasing. That is the half InstaQuote does for you.
The deposit
You set the deposit on the quote. The customer pays it by card from the link on their phone, with nothing to install, and it lands in your account through Stripe.
The booking
The deposit books the job. They pick a free slot themselves, they get the confirmation and the reminder, and they can move it themselves from the same link.
The calendar
Your week fills in as the deposits land, and it syncs to Google so the diary on your phone matches the one in the van.
The materials
The take off from the quote is ready to go to your merchants for a price, with your markup on it and kept on your side of the paperwork.
The invoice
Mark the job done and the invoice is drafted for you, priced off the quote with the extras you added on site. One tap and it's gone.
The chasing
If it goes past its date, polite nudges go out in your name until it is paid. Three at most, then it stops and tells you. You are not the bad guy and you are not on the phone.
VAT and CIS
Most cleaning is not in CIS. An after builders clean done for a contractor on a building job can be, so you switch CIS on for that customer and it stays off for everyone else.

Complete is £99/mo for the first 300 members and stays at that price for the life of your plan. It is £119/mo after that. Want the website on its own? It is £39/mo, on top of any plan, with no charge per enquiry.
Cancel any time from Settings, no minimum term and no phone call. During the trial the only money we take is a 2.9% InstaQuote fee on card payments you collect through it; paid plans have no InstaQuote fee at all. Stripe's standard card rate applies either way.

Can I quote letting agents and landlords as well as homeowners?
Yes. Each customer keeps their own details and history, so an agent with ten flats gets ten quotes from the same saved contact, all invoiced and chased the same way.
Can I price by the hour for regular cleans?
Yes. Regular domestic and office cleans are priced per hour, one off cleans per job, and after builders cleans per m². Mix them on one quote if the job needs it.
Will it chase an agent who pays late?
Yes. Unpaid invoices get a polite reminder on a set schedule, up to three nudges, so you are not the one sending the awkward text.
