Where Powered Now is good
- UK-built, with CIS and the reverse charge.
- Files VAT returns to HMRC on its Professional and Premium plans, which InstaQuote doesn't do yet.
- Making Tax Digital for Income Tax on every plan.
Where InstaQuote is different
- Paying the deposit doesn't book the job on its own; with InstaQuote it does, and the customer can move the date.
- Their pricing page lists automatic invoice chasing on Premium (£40 a user) only; InstaQuote chases on every plan.
- Priced per user above the one-user plan; InstaQuote's Accounts plan covers up to 10 logins.
- No bank statement matching or tax estimate found; InstaQuote has both on Accounts.

Powered Now on their cheapest plan, against ours. £28 a month for one user on Business, then £32 a user on Professional. Their page says prices exclude VAT..

On Powered Now, once a customer accepts your quote you still book the job in, and move the date yourself when they ask. Powered Now also costs more at 5 and at 10. Our £109 covers up to ten logins and takes in the books, VAT and CIS, so what you're comparing isn't only the number.
